Return:
Outdoor Capitol wants to ensure that returns are it's done efficiently and in a timely manner. As such we would require additional information in processing returns. To do this, simply contact us for details on the return process.

Outdoor Capitol would advise customers to make sure that the goods received are properly taken care of/handled. Otherwise, if proven that there is poor handling of the products on the customers' end, Outdoor Capitol has the right to deduct an amount from the refund that will be issued.

Return postage cost is handled by you, as it's the customer's responsibility to return the item to us within 14 days of notice of cancellation. If there is a need to return large or heavy items, you can contact Outdoor Capitol for further assistance.

Outdoor Capitol would like to remind customers to make sure that the product being returned is well packaged and either in a box or wrapped in plastic. Please make sure that the return shipping address is clearly visible on the outside of the package. Please do not stick labels directly on product packaging and avoid putting sticky tape on boxes.

To ensure that shipments are received, we recommend shipping the items back with signature confirmation as we will not assume responsibility for missing shipments.

Outdoor Capitol would like to inform customers that Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item.

Refunds:
Outdoor Capitol is happy to inform you that we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. As we want to make sure to provide you with a risk-free shopping experience and that the offer is not taken advantage of. If you are not satisfied with your order due to company's fault and it's within 14 days upon receipt of your order, we will refund your money.

In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 30 days (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us and we will resend your order or refund 100% money.

Upon approval of the refund, the funds then will then be credited back to whatever funding source you have used for the said purchase (credit/debit card, bank or PayPal account). As for the timeframe when it should post, it will depend on your bank/card issuer's policies.

In issuing a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total amount paid for.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Outdoor Capitol assures you that on our end, we send out refunds real time. As for the timeframe when it should post on your card/bank statement, we would suggest contacting your Financial Institution as to when you should expect it as it depends on their policies.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale/discounted items cannot be refunded.

If an item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to the recipient later, Outdoor Capitol will send the refund to the gift giver (purchaser). The purchaser will also be notified of the return request.
